Shipping policy

We deliver your order via our reliable shipping partners DPD and Royal Mail. 

We custom-make every item and as such some products take longer to make than others, and we always want to get your items to you as soon as each one is ready. This means that, if you place an order which includes several items, you might not receive all your products at the same time.

With most of our products you can choose these delivery options:

• Standard Delivery:

Usually delivered within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

A click and collect service is also available from our kiosk in Silverburn
