Big Picture is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns or exchange facilities described below.
If you are not happy with the product you recieve please get in touch as soon as possible either by phone or email. We want you to have the best shopping experience possible so we will always do our best to help.
All our products are bespoke made-to-order items and as such we are not obliged to accept returns under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (13c). We will only ever reprint faulty items or damaged products if we are contacted within 72hrs upon receipt of the goods. If a refund is requested we may ask for the original product to be sent back to us for the fault to be checked. If the fault is found to be ours we will refund all additional postage costs.
If you cancel your order before production has started then we will process your refund as soon as possible, you will recieve email verification when this is complete.
We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
